Ha Ji-won terlihat siap untuk kembali membuat tendangan baru di dunia akting. Film blockbuster yang dibintanginya untuk musim panas ini, "Sector 7". Film ini ditampilkan dalam 3D dari sutradara "18 May" dan produser "Haeundae" yang sudah bertahun-tahun berkecimpung dalam pembuatan 3D, dan dari penampilan itu, mungkin film ini layak untuk ditunggu.


Film aksi / sci-fi ini diatur pada keluarnya rig minyak di laut, di mana penduduk akan menghadapi Monster Misteri, oya dilaporkan juga bahwa dalam pembangunan untuk efek 3D CG dilakukan selama dua tahun sebelum film masuk periode syuting. Ini memiliki anggaran sebesar 10 miliar Won.

Selain Ha Ji-won, film ini diramaikan juga oleh Oh Ji-ho (Chuno) sebagai pacar Ha Ji-won, Ahn Seong-gi (Fair Love) sebagai kapten rig minyak, Song Sae-Byuk (Bang Ja Chronicle) sebagai tukang las, dan Cha Ye-ryun (Dr Champ) sebagai seorang ahli kelautan, Park Chul-min (Return of Iljimae), Lee Han-wi (Chuno), dan Min Suk (Chosun Police 3).
