DSP Media reaches a compromise with KARA's Nicole, Seungyeon, & Jiyoung

KARA Nicole, Seungyeon dan Jiyoung telah resmi mencapai suatu kesepakatan dengan DSP Media tanggal 28 April kemarin yang sekaligus mengakhiri gugatan hukum mereka.

Seorang perwakilan dari melalui SPN menyatakan, "Berdasarkan arbitrasiTae Jin Ah, pengacara ketiga member KARA dan Pihak DSP Media telah mencapai kesepakatan akhir".

Tae Jin Ah berkata, "Saya telah menerima tanda tangna persetujuan kedua belah pihak; tolong beri selamat untuk prestasi ini. Saya ingin mengucapkan terima kasih kepada semua fans yang selama ini khawatir atas situasi ini".
Sementara itu, DSP Media mengumumkan jika, "Semua sengketa antaraDSP Media dan ketiga member KARA, telah diselesaikan dan kami semua telah mencapai kesepakatan bersama dimana KARA akan terus melalukan aktifitas promosi sebagai 5 member. Kami mengutamakan membahas memngenai masa depan KARA dan kesepakatan tercapai dimana ketiganya akan menarik kembali gugatan mereka tanpa syarat apapun. Kami ingin mengucapkan terima kasih kepada para fans yang tanpa berubah terus mendukung gadis-gadis tersebut dan kami berjanji akan bekerja keras untuk menunjukan peningkatan".
