IU Mengungkapkan Bahwa Julukan “Trendy IU” Memalukan dan Membebaninya

Pada Fanmeeting pertamanya, IU mengatakan kepada fansnya bahwa julukan "Trendy IU" sangat membebaninya dan membuat dia malu.

IU mendapat julukan "Trendy IU" ketika penyanyi yang debut pada tahun 2008 ini, memiliki kemampuan yang luar biasa dalam bidang musik, misalnya kemampuan menyanyi dan juga untuk menciptakan lagu. Ia juga memiliki sikap yang manis.

IU menyatakan

Julukan ini membuat saya malu dan membebani saya. Setiap kali saya mendengar sesuatu yang mengacu pada julukan ini, saya sangat khawatir dan berusaha untuk melakukan yang terbaik setiap saat. Yang kemudian membuat saya merenung tentang diri saya sendiri.

Selain pembukaan dengan pidatonya, beberapa events akan dilakukan untuk membuat IU menjadi lebih dekat dengan fansnya.

Hasil dari Fan meeting ini akan disumbangkan semuanya untuk masyarakat yang kurang mampu di Korea.
