Aktris Seo Hyo-rim telah dicasting untuk drama akhir pekan SBS berjudul "Scent of a Woman". Seo Hyo-rim memiliki peran sebagai anak orang kaya ketiga 'Se-kyeong' dalam drama yang akan airing pertama pada 16 Juli ini.
 
'Se-kyeong' adalah putri terakhir dari keluarga orang kaya yang menjalankan bisnis hotel. Setelah gagal pada perkawinan dengan anak seorang agen perjalanan bernama 'Ji-wook' (Lee Dong Wook), 'Se-kyeong' adalah karakter yang terus-menerus meminta uang pada ayahnya.
 
Seo Hyo-rim berkata, "Aku benar-benar ingin peran ini karena karakternya adalah seorang wanita yang menaruh hidupnya untuk cinta. Kupikir ada perbedaan besar dari anak - anak kaya lain dalam drama ini saat ia tidak hanya memiliki kebanggaan tetapi dia sudah siap untuk membuang segalanya untuk cinta dan telah terluka sekali karena cinta".
 
Dia melanjutkan, "Aku juga sudah jatuh cinta sekali cukup untuk bisa berpikir kalo aku bisa membuang semuanya. Kupikir itu akan membantuku memahami karakter 'Se-kyeong'. Dia adalah orang yang dingin tapi aku ingin membuatnya terlihat cantik".
 
"Scent of a Woman" adalah sebuah drama komedi romantis tentang kejadian yang terjadi ketika seorang wanita yang menghabiskan hidupnya dengan melakukan perjalanan ke luar negeri dalam mencari kebahagiaan. Ini akan disiarkan pada tanggal 16 Juli 2011 setelah "New gisaeng Story".
 
Seo Hyo-rim akan bergabung dengan Kim Sun-ah, Lee Dong-wook dan Eom Ki-joon.
