SNSD no.2 di Oricon Monthly Chart untuk Album Jepang Pertama Mereka

SNSD merilis album Jepang pertama mereka yang berjudul "Girls 'Generation" pada 1 Juni dan nomor # 1 di Oricon Weekly Chart pada minggu pertama rilis dengan lebih dari 230.000 unit yang terjual. Mereka memecahkan rekor dengan menjadi Ratu kelompok wanita pertama asing yang mencapai nomor # 1 dengan lebih dari 230.000 unit album mereka terjual dalam minggu pertama mereka.

Untuk bulan Juni, terungkap oleh Oricon bahwa SNSD mengambil posisi nomor # 2 di Oricon Monthly Chart dengan 411.972 unit terjual yang diatasnya ada kelompok gadis Jepang AKB48 dengan 715.722 unit terjual.

Bahkan sekarang, SNSD terus naik dalam Oricon Daily dan Weekly Chart pada tanggal 11 dan 6 (28.026 unit yang terjual) masing-masing.
