Kissu ganda "Protect the Boss"


Pada 17 Agustus 2011, drama SBS "Protect the Boss" yang menayangkan episode kelima, berhasil mengejutkan pemirsa dengan mengakhiri episode dengan adegan ciuman ganda!
 
Selama episode ini, 'Cha Ji-hun' (diperankan oleh Ji Seong) mengaku pada 'Noh Eun-sul' (diperankan oleh Choi Kang-hee) bahwa ia memiliki perasaan untuknya. Karena Eun-sul adalah sekretarisnya Cha Ji-hun, ia menolak perasaannya karena dia takut dia akan dipecat dari pekerjaannya. Pada akhirnya, dia berjanji untuk kembali ketika Ji Hun keras kepala menyatakan bahwa ia akan menolak untuk bekerja sampai Eun-sul membalas kembali perasaannya.
 
Menjelang akhir episode, Eun-sul datang ke rumah Ji-hun dan keduanya mencoba untuk mencari solusi untuk serangan panik yang dia derita. Sementara mereka melihat dari atas sebuah buku bersama-sama, Ji-hun membungkuk dan mencium Eun-sul.
 
Sementara itu, 'Seo Na-yoon' (diperankan oleh Wang Ji-hye) menangis frustrasi  sambil duduk di mobilnya 'Cha Moo-won' (dimainkan oleh Jaejoong).
 
Orang tua mereka ingin keduanya menikah, tapi Moo-won mengerti bahwa Na-yoon masih memiliki perasaan untuk Ji-hun, dan tahu juga bahwa Na-yoon marah atas kenyataan Ji Hun yang sekarang suka sama Eun-sul. Moo-won kemudian mengatakan terhadap Na-yoon, "Datanglah kepadaku ketika tubuh dan pikiranmu siap", dan tak terduga bersandar dan menciumnya.
 
Pemirsa menanggapi adegan ciuman kejutan ganda tersebut dengan komentar seperti, "Aku sangat terkejut dengan Jaejoong dan tak terduga mencium Wang Ji-hye", "Para produser dan penulis menambahkan twist yang benar-benar mengejutkan untuk akhir dari episode", dan "Aku penasaran untuk melihat apa yang mereka akan kejutkan lagi selanjutnya!".
 
Untuk episode pada tanggal 17 Agustus ini, "Protect The Boss" terdaftar memperoleh rating sebesar 17,8 % menurut data kepemirsaan AGB Nielsen Media Research. Sementara itu, drama KBS saingannya "The Princess' Man" dan drama MBC "Heartstrings" memperoleh peringkat 19,2 % dan 6,7 % masing-masing.
