Serial Anime Terbaru ‘HUNTER x HUNTER’ Akan Segera Tayang!!

'Weekly Shounen Jump' mengungkap pada tanggal 1 Agustus lalu, kalau serial manga populer karangan Togashi Yoshihiro berjudul "HUNTER X HUNTER", akan diadaptasi menjadi anime untuk kedua kalinya.

"HUNTER X HUNTER" mulai terbit pada tahun 1998 lalu dan sejak itu,bukunya telah terjual sekitar 52 juta ekslempar. Manga ini berfokus pada seorang anak laki-laki bernama 'Gon', yang memutuskan untuk menjadi seorang Hunter seperti ayahnya, perjalanan yang panjang membuatnya bertemu berbagai saingan dan kendala yang membantunya untuk tumbuh menjadi dewasa.

Manga ini mendapat adaptasi anime pertamnya pada tahun 1999 bersama beberapa OVA (Original Video Animes) juga.

Pada tanggal 4 Juli 2011 lalu "HUNTER X HUNTER" menerbitkan volume ke-28 setelah satu setengah tahun hiatus dan terjual lebih dari 500.000 ekslempar dalam waktu 2 minggu. Manga ini akan mulai mendapat adaptasi anime kedua pada pertengahan bulan Agustus, yang akan mulai tayang di Nihon TV setiap hari minggu jam 10.55 AM pada bulan Oktober. Sedangkan volume ke-29 manga ini terbit pada tanggal 4 Agustus.
