Pada sore hari tanggal 23 November 2011, Fish and Cake Music, agen manajemen CNBLUE, mengumumkan pembatalan konser di situs resmi mereka dan menyatakan, "Pada tanggal 23 November 2011, secara resmi kami mengatakan pada promotor konser kami di Indonesia bahwa kami akan membatalkan konser secara resmi."

FNC mengatakan, "Kami sudah memperingatkan promotor di Indonesia beberapa kali karena mereka terus menyalahi kontrak dan tak mempersiapkan konser dengan efisien, tapi mereka gagal memperbaiki kesalahan mereka. Oleh karena itu, kami tak mampu melanjutkan rencana konser kami sebaik yang sudah direncanakan dan dengan sangat menyesal membuat keputusan akhir untuk membatalkan konser."

Mereka melanjutkan, "Kami sudah berusaha sebaik mungkin untuk menggelar konser itu demi penggemar CNBLUE di Indonesia, tapi kami sangat menyesal karena harus mengecewakan para penggemar CNBLUE. Para anggota CNBLUE juga merasa menyesal dengan keputusan ini."
