B2ST mengalahkan Infinite dan IU, dan mengambil posisi pertama di Song Festival

Grup idola B2ST menerima hadiah pertama sebagai 'The Best Song of The Year' di Song Festival. B2ST mengalahkan dua kandidat terkuat yaitu Infinite dan IU.


Pada tanggal 30 Desember, 8.55 malam, 'Fiction' B2ST terpilih sebagai 'The Best Song of The Year' pada '2011 KBS Song Festival' yang digelar di Yeouido KBS Hall, Seoul.


'The Best Song of The Year' sangat siknifikan karena masyarakat memilih untuk penghargaan ini pada saat siaran langsung dari acara ini. B2ST memperoleh 90.000 suara dari 600.000 suara. Selain B2ST,  Infinite, IU, dan SNSD juga menerima suara terbanyak diurutan setelah B2ST.


Yo Seop berkata, "Aku ingin berterima kasih kepada semua member kami, orang tuaku, dan anggota staf. Kami akan berusaha lebih keras lagi pada tahun 2012."


Lee Gi Kwang, "Kami merasa mendapatkan kehormatan untuk menerima penghargaan besar ini. Kami akan terus melakukan hal yang terbaik untuk fans dengan kerja keras kami tahun depan.Terima kasih Beauty (fan club B2ST) untuk dukungan kalian kepada kami."


Di part awal acara, B2ST menampilkan 'Fiction' dan di part kedua mereka 'Man is Ship, Woman is Harbor' Shim Soo Bong.


Lee Gi Kwang, yang naik ke atas panggung dengan menggunakan kursi roda karena pergelangan kakinya yang terluka, dinominasikan sebagai Rookie terbaik pada kategori miniseri di '2011 Drama Awards' yang digelar pada 'MBC Ilsan Dream Center', jam 9.55 hari itu. Ia menarik banyak perhatian karena ia tetap pergi dan datang ke Drama Awards meskipun cedera.


Lee Hwi Jae, Jeon Hyun Moo dan Park Sa Im menjadi MC di 'Song Festival' dan 21 grup tremasuk SNSD, Super Junior, f(x), 2PM, Wonder Girls, T-ara, Davichi, Secret, dan Sistar tampil dan perform pada acara tersebut .
