Konfirmasi Ha Ji-won & Lee Seung-gi di "The King"


Aaaaand, kita AKHIRNYA memiliki kabar istimewa. Sekarang ini tim produksi di balik miniseri yang sangat diantisipasi "The King" telah mengumumkan bahwa Ha Ji-won dan Lee Seung-gi telah dikonfirmasi sebagai pasangan kerajaan untuk memukul layar kecil di bulan Maret ini (huffft.............akhirnya ya all seudah gonta ganti cast hehe, ternyata uri Seung-gi yang jadi, sipppppp ^^).

"The King" adalah proyek baru dari tim di belakang "Beethoven Virus" (PD Lee Jae-kyu dan penulis Hong Jin-ah dan Hong Ja-ram), dan digambarkan sebagai drama bergenre komedi romantis. Cerita terjadi di sebuah dunia fantasi di mana zaman modern Korea Selatan diatur oleh suatu monarki konstitusional. Lee Seung-gi akan memainkan peran sebagai putra mahkota, Lee Jae-ha. Dia secara harfiah hanya memiliki wajah tampan dan tidak peduli apa-apa tentang politik, dan dideskripsikan sebagai pangeran mengerikan yang super manja dan materialistis, dan sangat tumpul.

Sementara itu, Ha Ji-won memainkan Kim Hang-ah, agen legendaris Korea Utara dari pasukan khusus, sekarang menjadi instruktur untuk pasukan khusus. Mereka mulai asmara mereka dengan prasangka tentang satu sama lain, tapi akhirnya datang untuk jatuh cinta.

"The King" akan mengikuti "The Moon That Embraces the Sun" dan tayang perdana pada 14 Maret 2012 di MBC.
