Telah dilaporkan bahwa JYJ Junsu sedang membangun sebuah resor keluarga di pulau indah Jeju.

Pada 5 Desember ini TVN eNews menayangkan segmen pada selebriti yang memberikan bisnis kepada keluarga mereka sebagai hadiah. Banyak bintang biasanya memberi hadiah pada keluarga mereka berupa toko-toko kopi atau restoran. Namun, hadiah Junsu lain daripa yang lain karena itu adalah sebuah resor.

C-Jes Entertainment sebelumnya mengungkapkan bahwa resor ini dijalankan oleh ayah Junsu. Dengan biaya pembelian tanah, pembangunan dan segala sesuatu yang lain, jumlah yang Junsu habiskan diperkirakan sekitar 15 miliar won (sekitar 15 juta USD).

Penduduk setempat  menanggapi positif resor ini. Mereka berkata, "Daerah ini indah tapi kita tidak benar-benar mendapatkan banyak wisatawan," dan "Karena Kim Junsu adalah bintang Hallyu dan memiliki banyak ketenaran, kami mengharapkan untuk melihat peningkatan wisatawan. Kami berharap bahwa daerah ini akan menjadi kiblat dari Hallyu. "
