6 Seleb Korea Ramai-Ramai Gugat Klinik Bedah Plastik

 


Sebanyak 6 selebriti Korea mengajukan gugatan hukum atas pencatutan nama mereka untuk promosi sebuah klinik kecantikan. Mereka adalah Kim Nam Gil, Jang Dong Gun, Song Hye Kyo, BoA serta 2 member Girls' Generation Tiffany dan Jessica.

Gugatan hukum itu telah diajukan ke Pengadilan Pusat Distrik Seoul. Mereka menuntut ganti rugi sebesar 120 juta Won atau setara dengan Rp 127 miliar. Klinik bedah plastik itu diketahui menggunakan foto-foto mereka di blog untuk mempromosikan klinik tersebut tanpa izin.

"Orang-orang yang mengakses situs klinik tersebut dapat melihat ada nama keenam artis itu di sana," ucap juru bicara pengadilan. "Ini akan membuat orang berpikir mereka ada hubungannya dengan klinik tersebut atau malah pernah operasi plastik di masa lalunya."

Tuntutan serupa sempat dilakukan juga oleh Jessica, Soo Ae dan Wonder Girls pada bulan lalu. Mereka menuntut ganti rugi 220 juta Won kepada sebuah klinik gigi di Seoul
